Looking forward to make your dreams come true can make you happy. Sometimes little things can irritate you. Learn patience and appreciation in your life then. Find something what can excite you. Find passion and follow it. Think about making your dream to come true and think happy thoughts. Focus on something other than yourself. Yes, you could have problems, yes, it cam be challenging and difficult, but look at the light at the end of tunnel. Improving mood If you know exactly what bothers you right now, change it. Take action to make things better for yourself. But if you want what you can't have or if someone rejected you really badly, learn acceptance and forgiveness. Sometimes you can't have what you really want. Sometimes others can't give you what you want. If others can't give you what you want, you should give it to yourself. If you crave affection and appreciation from someone important to you, and they can't give you, give it to yourself. Appreciate and value yourself. Find someone who can love and appreciate what you can offer. Don't blame others for not pleasing you or not giving you what you really want. Maybe they did the best they could or they followed their feelings at the moment. We all heart each other from time to time. It's o'kay to forgive others. It won't hurt you more to forgive others, but can make feel in peace and not tortured anymore. Do fun things to improve mood You know what makes you happy. Even little things can brighten your day. Maybe you want to go for ice cream, maybe you want to drink your favorite coffee, maybe you want to visit someone precious to you. Make little things count in your life. Maybe you want to stay happy. God dancing, exercising, help somebody who needs help. Make yourself laugh and feel good. Spend time with people who love you and cheer you up. You know what can put smile on your face and do it. If you got used to feeling measurable then brake a habit. Form new positive habits and keep positive thinking. Life is not bad and don't take everything too seriously. Even if you got rejected, maybe you still had fun and enjoyed some moments? Find something positive in your experience even if things went not exactly the way you wanted. |
