How to feel better about life is maybe a question how to not to feel bad about your life. You probably feel bad and depressed because something that is important to you is missing out in your life or you can't get it. Maybe someone who is important to you is rejecting you all the time and you can't do anything about it. Feeling bad about your life can result from deep hurt, unfulfilled desires and emotional pain that you still carry. Look at your life around you and tell what is important to you right now? What is important in your heart that you can't have or you can't get? Something always matters to some of us. It doesn't have to seem important to most people, but just you. What is important to you can be very different than what is important to others. Feel better about life If you want what you can't have, if you were hurt and rejected, it can leave you confused, frustrated and unhappy. If you want to feel better about life, find new goals, find new important things in your life and work to achieve them. Many people focus on work and career instead of love life because they can control how much they work, but they can't control whether others reject them or not. If you were rejected by someone you loved or liked, or someone who was important to you, maybe it's time to start looking for new people who you can trust. Maybe it's better to focus on your job or family. Maybe you can find interesting exciting hobby and find something that matters to you. We all want to do only something that is important to us. So, to feel better about life, you need to try to pursue something that matters to you. More about feeling better. If you still carry emotional pain with you, maybe it's better to take your time and heal yourself. Emotional wounds can be very real and very painful. Talk to somebody about it, get emotional support from someone you know, get affection from people who like you. Realize that it's not your fault you were treated badly...and forgive others. Yes, it's hard to forgive others. If you can realize that others only do something they think the best in a certain situation, or something that is important to them at the moment, it would be easier to forgive them. Don't carry anger around, you can't change someone to like you, you can't force someone to think that you are important, accept how things are right now and move on. Even if you can't change something or can't understand something at the moment, believe that things can get better and believe that you can be happy about life, believe that you will feel better. |
